Feedback after an interview isn’t a luxury — it’s a responsibility.

Imagine investing time, energy, and hope into an interview process. You prepare, you perform well, the interviewer says, "Everything looks good — HR will get back to you." And then... silence. No call. No email. No feedback. Just unread messages and unanswered calls. As a candidate, you're left questioning: ➔ Did I make a mistake? ➔ What could I have done better? ➔ How can I improve if no one tells me where I went wrong? Silence doesn’t help anyone grow. Feedback — even tough feedback — empowers individuals to learn, improve, and move forward with clarity. Dear HRs and Hiring Managers: A simple, honest response can make a world of difference in someone’s career journey. Treat candidates the way you would expect to be treated.Because sometimes, one honest feedback today builds someone’s success story tomorrow.

Practically impossible. I used to think the same thing when I was a candidate.
For a job 1000s of resumes are received. Atleast 75% of them are totally unrelated candidates. For a job at least a dozen of them are called. When a candidate is not suitable the business teams breath down the neck of the HR for replacement people.

There is no time for politiness im india. For the candidate it might be a great effort undertaken. For the company/HR we are just 1 of the 1000 people willing to join.
