How can you be angry about wfh. Work little bit. Eat food. Exercise. Work some more. Go to sleep. Chill.

No no. It's a Satan's trap. WFH.
See 1 great thing offices do is they protect you from yourself. A man's greatest enemy is himself. It's way too easy to hurt ourselves than work hard to make us better. When we are just by ourselves, there is not much to stop our worst thoughts to consume our mind.
I have seen this happening with me time and again nowadays. Anytime I wfh continuously for 2-3 weeks, there you go, I become the worst version of myself.

That is you. I work hard. Connect with people proactively and finish my work on or before deadlines.

Try to create boundaries. And pick up some activities that you can do in the evenings like swimming or any other sports.
One thing that I have experienced causes this looming monotony and depression is the habit of sitting in a single place since the morning till dinner. That needs to be changed. Nothing is more important than your health and well being. If your work pressure is too much, try to get it sorted. If your family is overwhelming, ask them to give you space. Create your own routine that is visible to your family members as well as your team members.

Similar cass is with me, working from last 3years wfh, fed up and bored even I am at different location no friends here what to do

Same here

As @Blahblah011 said, Set Boundaries.
And Also make sure that your work room and life room are completely different. Small things like objects, lighting and color can change a lot of things.
Best thing for WFH is gym. Gym Karle. Integrate Health and Work into a perfect habit and you'll be better than most of the people like me who are travelling and working like dogs.
Make plans for the weekend which involve going out and meeting new people. Take weekend hobby classes.

In my own experience, I found that I could get myself into upskilling while wfh.
Were you on boarded remotely in this company and never really got to know your coworkers in person for a few months at least? You should definitely approach someone in the firm you consider friendly and see how their wfh routine is. Try to regularly coordinate some brainstorming activities with them.
Can you actually meet up with others who are wfh in a similar role in your own place and then start an informal co workimg arrangement at/near home. It's always good to have people you know well even in a public space or cafe.
And if it still doesn't improve, evaluate if its the work culture/people/type of product you're working on, a change in any of these could also do you a lot of good.

Thanks everyone for some supportive and some not so supportive comment. I realize some people are at least in same boat.
I am looking for some practical tips to make it interesting and maintain focus while working and not getting distracted by craving random internet surfing.
Also, I live in one of the satellites of Delhi which is not as developed as Gurgaon, can some suggest ways to network or connect with like minded people in the city

Kaam kar bc

@LeftBracket1
Check out your city central libraries. Bangalore has a few of them.
But you can't get into a call from there. Ideally it's good to focus.
Another option is Starbucks or CCD♥️ bangalore's CCD are best. Much better than Starbucks. Hope it's available in your area

Which city @LeftBracket1 - can recommend accordingly? Also what is the work load like for workations? Have good recommendations
