Trending @Accenture; Fed up with hikes/promotion

Im 28M , earning around 12lpa which is very low comparing the industry standards, which is also affecting my personal life. with .net/angular/azure stack. Im in an internal project who doesn’t have budget all the time. Totally fed up this time. My only fear of putting the paper down is who is going to accept 90 day np and I’m also not very confident in complex coding interview questions if any asked. Anyone in similar situation / any experience/ suggestions shared would be truly appreciated!!

Same case here.
Accenture wont promote anytime soon.
Need to look outside but not getting the right matches. I don’t want to switch to same role in another service based company as it is almost impossible to get promoted and companies are just trying to lowball the lowballed!!

True, plus the current market is also volatile. Little risky is what ppl say

I am not worried about the risk. Even accenture can fire us if our projects get rammed down and we fall in the bench.
I came here 3 years back with a good hike and role and finally was at the average market pay grade but am getting stagnated again here. Worried that if i don’t switch on time with a better role and pay it will again be a big chase to get average market pay level.

Who is saying you to say the recruiter 90 days of notice spread say them I have already done the paper and serving a notice once you get a offer then you can go for incremental of days as your last working days. This is what I did.

Will try this trick , im planning to target service based companies who usually agree for longer np, like infy, cts

I am 28, I am getting only 6LPA fixed. My tech stack is angular, springboot, oracle sql server, REST API, PCF. You need to try for 10interviews. Complex coding not matters oy matters is the strong basic foundation because no one knows every thing. Just brush up the knowledge and give the interviews for every companies without having any expectation especially startups.

Yup thats the plan 😬

Hi don’t worry you have good skill set

Why are you scared ???? If you are scaring like this then you will be in same company for next 10 years

Scared because of current job market and more to blame is the comfort zone which I have to come out

I am also 28 M, I am getting 9.5 L fixed. Tech: Salesforce developer. But the same thing, everyone wants an immediate joiner.. 90 day notice is huge.

I give you better advice.Try to change the notice period to 30 days. This option will help schedule an interview .

Once you frequently give an interview. You get an idea whether you really knowledge or need learn the concept and skill sets . Then you can prepare again for the interview.
