Fed up of seeing copy paste post on LinkedIn plus post with a selfie, why is algo so bad for posts

I keep seeing these viral posts with a selfie or some copy paste article, feels a time waste at times. Has anyone else faced similar?

Algo isn't bad, people eat up that kind of content, so algo is just giving what most want.
