fed up of recruiter

A little about me : a frontend/app engineer with an experience of around 1.5 years looking to switch

i've interviewed around for 5-6 companies in the past month and i have cleared technical interviews for each of them but then i start getting ghosted by recruiters and HR's. sometimes profile being put on hold

something i am doing wrong? any advice?
