I've been working like a hell top performer, good scores 8-9 -- P4 Some P3 19 Cloud Certifications In return I got only 13% hike when these people made me L11 from L12 This month I have zero expected of a hike or vp If people are choosing to stay and skill yourself and then move out then I'm already skilled well and I'm already in it it's just that I'm not having good references to refer

That is the standard they have kept this year. You either get ctgl or tp or get promoted. Whatever training or work you do will bring you only in one of these three categories. There is no separate way to decide who is the top performer because, believe me, everyone is replacable.
