Feb salary credited with lot of deductions under Arrears . Any one face same ?

Is any one got same deduction under Arrears. I don't know what is this arrears they showed me deductions in basic salary, hra allowance, personal allowance etc total arround 24k they deducted .. this is first time I can see entire my career..
