Fear of layoff in TCS
I have 12 yr, exp in TCS. If I am released and do not get project within 35 days, will they terminate me? Or before terminating they will give me all chances....I am even RTO compliant in all respects. I am not getting any offers outside at all since trying from 2 years.
On naukri.com put your status on notice period and last date after 30 days. You will start getting many calls. Have fee offers in hand as back up in case you do not get a project in 35 days
First of all do not panic.. focus daily in interview preparation for tcs project or outside organisation.. check what are the topics you need to improve.. on YouTube there are lot of videos which can guide you for the preparation.. else use chatgpt. List down all the questions for next day and review earlier day topics.. and slowly you will build confidence.. also check your emergency funds .. if enough funds are not there then start to build slowly.. always keep in mind it's just a matter of time you will get opportunity soon.. all the best...
