Trending @Accenture; Fear from 1 girl out of 3 in my team.
I am at level 10 and only male in my team. There are 3 other ladies and 1 of them who is at level 11 is giving me rude replies every time. How should I deal with this problem. Though she try to be lesser rude in group calls which my team mate is saying to ignore (thoda bahut ignore karo).

I can give you one solution that have I seen work, but it is your call and you have to step up to do it.
Solution: whenever you have something to discuss with this person, always try to take the conversation in one of the following channels:
-
Use Teams/Skype (whatever you use formally) and make sure to include at least one other person on the call or chat. This gives very less room for the rude person to be harsh with you and they will have to force themselves into being a bit polite or at least thoughtful about what they intend to say.
-
If the call/chat is eligible to be an email conversation, then immediately start email chain with this person and keep all communication formal in nature, keep a neutral tone, and loop at least one or two relevant people in Cc. This helps the same way the method #1 does.
-
If either of the above are not workable, then start being too nice to the person and ignore completely the rude behaviour as if you never heard the tone. This should compel any good person to bring about a change in their ways of working.
However, this may not always work - in that case your last resort is to ask your manager for a meeting with this person and sort things out face-to-face on call and take it forward as per the outcome.
Hope this helps.
These are just my suggestions and in no way an endorsement of anything.

Give her loads of work. That should keep her quiet.

Am I the only one who doesn't have any female colleague in any of the projects so far?🤷♂️

I am level 11, i myself did not misbehave with any seniors or juniors 😊. You know what my juniors ,level 12, people never work because they have other plans like MS in abroad.

Always make the conversation in team So that others would know that, How the way she's talking.
Try to keep others by your side. xD!!
Give her lots of pressure. And in Daily Standup Call -Appreciate others by giving them less difficult tasks. And Ask for Follow-Up in the team

I am working at L10 and am the only male besides the associate manager. My suggestion is to prioritize your work and minimize interaction if she behaves rudely. If necessary, maintain formality and inquire about her demeanor or politely request more courtesy. Otherwise, it's best to minimize contact. Remember, we're not reliant on anyone and inform team lead that you are not comfortable approaching her for work related task as she is being too rude.

Push out email to manager and tl looping that girl
