I had taken planned leave in feb. from feb till now I only took 3 sick leaves.
So I pre planned 7 day leaves for Ganesh Chaturthi 2 months back and informed the lead. I’ll be visiting my remote hometown. And no one said anything and now they want me to cancel the leaves cause this month is crucial.
Not sure what to do in such situation, lead was indirectly saying that it will affect my appraisal.
I don’t know what to do! I planned everything, and I cannot work from my village since it is so remote.
I really hate this place.
Taking leaves is your personal no one should object for the leaves contact your HR and people lead about blackmail Or threat you are recieving from ur manager. Accenture fallows zero retailation. So immediately raise an incident fallow the process.
They don’t give hike or appraisal anyway so neglect it and enjoy your leave
If you had kept them informed in mail earlier then raise this with your HR
You just seem to have a really bad lead/manager. Accenture doesn’t stand for such culture. You are entitled for your leaves and are encouraged to take it while also ensuring proper planning and handover.
Ask him to send a mail regarding this for not approving and mention the reason after that you can escalate it.
Drop mail, leave, charge in myte. Thats it.
Take leave there won't be any issues..just in case if there are too much dependencies on you then support from ur mobile for 1-2 days
