FAV Compensation letter

Hi folks,

I just completed my first anniversary on 14th September, I asked HR when the compensation letter will be released and she said once FAV is committed.

What does this mean FAV to be committed.

Dis you tell her that you completed it on 14th sept?? Anyways your FAV date would be 1st of your joining month i.e 1st sept. But why do you care for FAV, you will get nothing but a piece of paper with congratulation s**t and all. You can see that docs under MY doc section once it is released

He will get something (5%) if he is a fresher.

FAV stands for Final Annual Variable. It means your compensation letter will be released once your performance and variable pay are finalized. Follow up with HR for exact timelines.
