Father's name misspelled in PAN
My father's name is mispelled in the PAN and it is reflecting in the FORM 16 also..So will it cause any issues in the BGC? #TCS #INFOSYS

Yeah I'm already working at TCS. I have never faced any issues on BGC. But I have little fear that BGC will be affected in the future. If I make the correction on the PAN, will it immediately reflect on all the FORM 16(INCLUDING MY PREVIOUS COMPANY)

Yes, it will cause issues in the Background Check (BGC). Fix it immediately to avoid complications.
