Yes i agree idenify the habits find the triggers replace them and create new triggers for good habits and start working on it , and pretend you are that person who you want to become and behave like that

I saw in one video which says,Run with just 5kg dumbbells in both of your hands. Run without them and see how free, light your body feels. Now think of your Ideal weight and current weight how you would your body feel without the extra weight. That’s it.

Thats a nice thought to work upon!

If you have come to a platform like this and asking advice to motivate you. Then my friend, you wont be motivated. If you want to stay fit and look good, it has to be a “intrinsic motivation”. I will tell my story, i weighed 117 kgs last year and started boxing and then gym…I am a vegetarian, I consistently worked out and hit gym…I could really see my body get in shape and I loved it, I was in gym for 2 hrs daily…so within 9 months I lost 21kgs and gained proper muscle also…But then, I got an hernia in stomach and got operated and went to bed rest for 3 months…I regained 10 kgs again…Now from 4 months, I am again hitting gym and eating clean. So I am getting back in shape.. So the conclusion is - if you wanna do it, just do it. Don’t look for motivation. Make it your lifestyle.

If you are really serious, enroll yourself with a fitness coach at FITTR(personally tried and reduced 12kg) or PFC club. The coach will guide you with diet and workout. You will learn basics of nutrition and how the body works. Once you start seeing results in first 2-3 weeks, you will yourself stop limiting unhealthy/ junk food and focus more on balanced diet (protein rich).

Buy malbar tamarind ( not the regular tamarind ) , soak in water and boil it , drink the water 30 mins before every meal and see changes for yourself. Within 10 days you will see noticeable difference

You can only motivate yourself. Start by walking daily for atleast 5-6k steps if not 10k. Join gym so that the surroundings like minded people may motivate you. Start cooking homemade foods as an alternative of junk foods. Maybe if u are into pizza/burgers etc try cooking at your home with healthy ingredients and minimal spices.

I would assume you are a beginner, so please try body recomposition. You will be amazed within six months. Don't think about others. Work hard for your betterment. And also don't
blindly take any diet plans. Better go for nutrition. Invest in your body. It will give you a better return. And if you can't control food cravings, try to control portions.
