As per my understanding they do not share the marks, they only share you cleared the exam or not, how you came to know about exams?

Is it true that they have also removed default promotions?

Same. I got 84%. I conveyed the same to my manager and Associate Manager that i want promotion for the next cycle. But what both said is these promotions are centralized decisions. So no clarity on this...🤷

U have no chance bro 😂 clearing techleap is not enough. And also according to new system intruduced for ASEs. Techleap promotions are no more.

What is school 1?
