Trending @Accenture; Fast track promotion through techleap in march cycle ?

I have completed one year in Accenture and got default hike also, cleared tech leap recently can i expect promotion from this march, and to whom I can ask for fast track promotion manager or people lead or Hr (people advisor), what will be the process someone pls help.
