Farmers or Khalistanis?
Mostly all the so called farmers today had swords and sticks in their hands. What kind of peaceful protest were they trying to do? Under the pretext if farmers, Khalistanis are trying to up their agenda. India is a land of farmers but only Punjab has issues clearly shows how much "real" this protest was.

Elections are coming and they are trying to create unrest with the help if foreign entities 😑 I mean most people know it's a stunt, i have no idea what they wanna achieve.

Have you ever spoken to a farmer from the protest? The govt literally promised and didn't deliver on promises, hence they are back.

Only the farmers of punjab have the problem. Do you see any farmers from other states protesting ? They are pushing the khalistani agenda into the protest, look at the kind of people that are participating. Look at the timing of the protest, soon people from outside india who support the khalistani movement and want to destabilize the govt will start joining in. Do you think Rihana had any idea ? i mean cmon use some common sense.

You do know farmers literally got run over by BJP minister's Jeep the last time, right?
Just Google lakhimpur kheri and watch it yourself
This is not a peaceful protest anymore, the govt started with violence

@Rorschach Everyone knows about Lakhimpur Kheri and that it was highly gruesome murder but why raise this question just before elections? Of all times, why these fake farmers are raising it now? If you really think that the people who are protesting today actually care about Lakhimpuri Kheri case, then you are living in a delusional world, my friend. It's all politics now. Justice must be served but why break public property?

@ElonMast what bs lol, MSP was always one of the main agendas of the protests.
What happens without msp -

when are you going to question the government instead of people fighting for their rights?

@samosa I don't think you remember the whole country was standing in solidarity with farmers during the last protest but the moment they showed their true colours...everyone lost sympathy with them. Last tim no one attacked them but they still ransacked a heritage site. So, I will start questioning the government when I see the protest actually has some motive. When a person can say we want Khalistan on camera, then you have lost all the credibility in the world.

When you have a habit of free loading on subsidies and tax payers money and habit of blaming the government for every problem in life.

None of the people commenting here have interacted with a farmer ever or tried to understand their issues closely and they somehow have an opinion.

@samosa Dude, can I bring an armed angry mob outside your house where I may or may not throw stones depending on my situation? If yes, please send me your location. I'll send some men. And if something happens to you or your family. Please bear because I am fighting for my rights and I can do anything I want.

@samosa one correction, say farmer from Punjab as this drama is limited with farmers of Punjab. Free k paise ki talab hi assi hai.

Labeling them all khalistanis is a bit much. But most of the farming/peasant/landowning communities across the countries have martial traditions going back centuries ago.

They disrespected the Indian flag on Redfort, removed it and unflur the sikh religious flag. Same thing is done by their foreign relatives on the Indian Consulates. The sole intent of these were disrespecting India and showing their cultural supremacy mindset. They are indeed khalistani in disguise of farmers.

What shit have you been smoking? Even in the MSM narrative the Kesari flag was unfurled at the Red Fort but Indian flag was stilll flying high. Check the videos of news reports when you get low.
This is a protest for promises which were not delivered on time by the government. Violence is one sided again from the government. And fuck the violence. As a citizen of a democratic country who are you to comment on anyone’s right to protest. We as a country became independent because of protests. Sitting in you heated apartment you have neither the right nor the “intelligence” to comment on people who are braving the elements to fight for their rights.

Dhong by rich spoiled entitled pricks.

What is real protest? As per you, not only punjab, harayana farmers also there and harayana govt is national highways by doing 6 layers of barricading and using tear gas on thier civilians.

@jattinsran If someone enters my street with lathis, stones and swords and raging tractors without any care for traffic rules. I don't care what their reason is, my first instinct would be to ask police to protect me. So, if they are doing so, why would I question them?

U might have done something wrong that's why they are coming your streets nobody is so free to bother you

The moment Indian junta demands something, right wing troll find the most basic ways to derail their movement - start giving them labels, share random pictures of them (how dare farmers not look poor in this country), start whataboutery with respect to everything, find twisted ways to disregard the arguments. Try to understand what is happening and why, maybe you'll be able to channel your hate better.

@UnculturedBokachoda I see that you have quite conveniently ignored the sticks, stones and swords in the hands of these so called farmers. No one is against their demands. They have every right to raise their requests but the way they are doing it clearly shows extortion. And it's not us who are labelling them, the real farmers' voice is getting unheard because of these goons who are bringing in Khalistani agenda and Tikait who is clearly doing all of this to gain some political score. Ask anyone in Tikait's hometown and they will tell you if he is a gangster or a farmer. Don't blame the junta, blame these so called fake farmers who are taking over this protest with violence to raise some other agenda overall.
Farmers are only demanding a fair and basic MSP. Our Joker PM promised to look into it after their previous protest, but didn't do anything.
