Trending @Capgemini; Farewelcome policy

Hi I have returned from Maternity Leave and on bench since last 3 months. They released me from project before going to ML. now I m worried if they put PIP against me or ask me to resign due to high bench period. Does anyone knows about Farewelcome 2 policy for new parents in CG? Is my job secure as per this policy?

There's 2 things one legal and another is Capgemini policy.

So if you follow the law of the land in India they cannot terminate you within 1 year of ML.

Firstly talk politely to your N+1 and then if you see you are given PIP tell them that you will go to the court and contact Soumya Majumder of Calcutta High Court.

Capgemini's legal team was afraid of this person when I chased them for my case and they are very timid also but won't show that till challenged.

This is severe malpractice.

See the below news and immediately apply elsewhere & don't waste time. Best of luck
