Trending @Accenture; Fake Promises

My Manager told me in Feb that he has talked about me to upper leadership,I will for sure get a promotion this mid term.Few of my senior folks left a the company so I was working hard to fillin thier shoes in hope I will get rewarded but today when I got communication I didn't got promotion.I took this to my manager he is saying he will investigate..I am completely disappointed if someone cannot trust Managers words so what the point of working here !!!!!
