Fake Jobs and No Hiring
So I've been applying to jobs for almost a year now.
Mostly on LinkedIn.
Referrals don't work. People hire their friends not skillful ones.
Now majority of these jobs' hiring managers do not respond to applications.
On enquiring to employees of these companies they often state they are not aware if they are hiring because their team doesn't have requirement (the team I applied to).
At the same time the jobs are alwys there. They never shut it down yet also not hire anyone.
What companies often post fake jobs and doesn't hire anyone?

Hiring is freezed these days? Less Jobs in Future due to AI-Somewhat?
Why stay on LinkedIn? And that too for a year. It's very evident at this poiny that most of them arr ghost openings. Naukri is much better. Try it.
