Fake hike news by TCS

Why no one complains about tcs for spreading false news of double digits hike. Even after getting a good band the hike ranges between 4 to 7% . This organization shows publicly that it respects employees and their hikes but we all know the fact. I wonder if we can show them the real face but we can't there is no unity in tcs or against any organization in India. I am a frustrated employee with the best performance with less hike with good band.
