Can I report to HR or any other department in Infy about concerns with my senior manager showing favoritism in promotions? He/She is telling me and others that we need to complete a bridge program to be eligible for promotion, despite having commendable ratings for the past 2 years. This is particularly concerning because he/she already delayed my last promotion by a year. Meanwhile, it seems like some employees are getting promoted without this requirement. It's creating an unfair work environment.
I asked my manager for promotion 9 month ago. That time she said she will nominate me but I am still waiting for promotion. A colleague of mine who belong to the same state as my manager, asked for promotion and he was promoted within a month. My colleague said there were some issue but the manager escalated his case. And I tried complaining to HR but he never reply to my mails or team chat.

No, I've already requested a project release and it's in November last week. But I wanted to raise this with someone from the HR department or some other related department. So the same thing shouldn't happen for others within the project

I did not have any experience in this stuff but I think report that you are not getting promotion will not get you promotion.Either swith the project or switch the company.
