Fair pay?

I am a PM at a startup which is bootstrapped, no external funding but we make close to 300k USD revenue and we are a small team of 25 people. I have a mixed background as a developer earlier and now PM experience of 3 years, is my ctc of 27 LPA INR a fair package ?
