Hi All,

Creating a post to understand the current market value or minimum amount should be recieved at this years of experience.

Considering sceanrio of switch after every 3 years and starting as fresher working in IT MNC.

Kindly vote and provide inputs in comments.

3 to 4 YOE - 10 LPA to 12 LPA
5 to 6 YOE - 15 LPA to 18 LPA
7 to 10 YOE - 20 to 30 LPA

It all depends on your skills. There are people with 5 years of experience making 5 lpa and even 1cr CTC. It's subject to your skills

Yes I do agree it depends on skills but it also depends on your current ctc and market stability at your switch.

I am mainly trying to focus on freshers who started at 3.6/ 4.5 LPA in service based MNCs.

These figures are for service based companies For most product based its 2x. For top tier payers it's 3x-4x.
