How to get voucher in the first place?

Please tell me how did you get free voucher?

My teammates have failed azure certification exam and they’ve gotten vouchers again. I think they only give you two vouchers max but I could be wrong about this. While applying for the voucher for azure, we have to specify if we failed and are taking another attempt.
