WFH offers good conditions for those who want to stay home and earn and they get extra time
They can use that time to build extra income and they can spend time with loved ones like friends, family, relatives,

But nothing can beat the joy of spending time with your loved ones rather than visiting them just once in a while.

Most of remote companies are very unstable. Many of my friends whole India team was lay off.
