Facing windows patching error

Anyone knows why this error occurs and am not able to use laptop even raised IT ticket that IS team is dumb. I checked there is no new windows update for this

I faced similar issue
Problem is after windows patch update booting option gets changed from HDD to USB if you get BIOS key password you can change the booting option to HDD
ALSO BEWARE IF YOU GET Blue DUMP NEED TO CHECK WITH CONCERNED TEAM FOR HARDWARE ISSUE
