Trending @Cognizant; Facing VCDP Within 1.5 Months of Joining

I joined Cognizant two months ago, choosing it over other offers because I believed it would be the right place for my career growth.

Before joining, I had asked HR about the bench policy and was assured I would be allocated to a project without delays, and that the management was supportive.

Recently, I was informed that I will be moved to VCDP, with my release date in the TMP portal showing next month. As I work on a niche tool, I currently don’t see relevant openings internally.
