Trending @Capgemini; Facing strange issue with access card swipe
I am working at Bangalore location and today saw my TIO report and it shows I swiped at 12th and 13th March at Mumbai Airoli campusđź‘€....
I have never went any CG offices and I was working from home on those days and my access card is with me only.... Does anyone know what is happening? And there is no punch out for the swipes registered.....
I have created an incident but I dont think they will resolve this....
Seems like a serious issue, CG team will note it mostly
Last month has the same issue with location as "No location Captured" and with only punch in time, this time there is location. And I created incident before and without even asking me the background they closed it saying TIO only gives accurate data
Update : They told there was a technical issue in access readers .....
