Trending @Wipro; Facing Sign-in Issue with outlook in Android 11
Is anyone facing similar issue as me? While in the process of trying to sign in into my wipro account in Outlook application(Android device-version 11), im not able to use the outllok even i approve in the authenticator app. Its asking to create passkey but while clicking on the next button, it isnt moving to next page nor im able to view my emails. Same goes with teams too. Can anyone help please.
I went into the account settings of Microsoft and then removed the authenticator as MFA from security and re add the authenticator with password less sign in. And it worked.
Same for me as well .... Seems we got an email earlier regarding the authenticator....
I need to check on that as well ... If you get the solution do let me know
I got the solution today.
Open the authenticator application. Click on your ADID then click on phone signin and complete the process. On its done. Login into teams and outlook. It works.
After uninstalling and reinstalling the authenticator app...it worked for me
