Facing issues with my house owner in Bangalore

I live in a rented house in Bangalore which I am vacating in a month. I am showing my house around to prospective tenants based on my availability. My owner is pestering me to be available 24*7 to show the house and coordinate with tenants. He has hired no broker to list the house and those people have absolutely zero sense or professionalism. They talk in threatening tone. Has anyone gone through something similar? What did you do?
