Working in cognizant for more than 8 months and I am having heath issue prior, but due to 12-14 hours of work in my current project my health is worsening more. Due to family commitments I am unable to leave job and take care of my health. I don’t know what to do ? Not sure how long I will survive

Start looking for job outside, but very limited opportunities…. Try asking for release from project but before check if ur skillset have opportunities in CTS else bench period is just 35 days
