
Facing Forced Resignation: Seeking Guidance
Hii Guys ,
I'm having 3.5 years of TCS Experience.
I have been on the bench for the past one and a half months. Even after searching a lot, I haven’t been able to find a project related to my skill set, nor have I been offered any good support project. Now, RMG is forcing me to resign, and if I don’t resign, they are saying they will terminate me and give a bad remark on my experience letter. So now, it seems like resigning is my only option. Can I ask them for severance pay and leave encashment? If yes, how?

By seeing this real posts, I am still thinking what to do. Bench policy and D band policy is real, Even if you're not on bench ,management has targeted people like me by giving D band even after working hard. I have resigned, i was thinking to revoke my resignation but HR says I have to go to PIP. My leads and managers are non supportive. The place has become garbage now. This is really a mess.

This is really bad man, totally unacceptable for such less bench time. I will suggest that one person who messaged about about a requirement in their, have call with him and get allocated asap, you might be safe from all this bullshit policy
