Facing dilemma to leave TCS
Hi folks I got Accenture offer for Packaged Application Assoc Manager (ML 8) with 60% hike. But I'm afraid to join because I don't have experience to handle that role. In TCS I'm working as individual developer. What shall I do ? I'm 10.6 years , tech stack : Java spirngboot microservices

Take the hike and join the company. You can learn on the job. Incase you find it very difficult, start job search again, benefit is hiked salary

Just go for it. It's not like you are expected to run things on your own from day 1. Onboarding takes time. And you'll figure it out by the end of it.
