FAANG Engineers are creating an eco chamber

I don't know if I'm right or not but I feel that software engineering in India is becoming more of "How to get into FAANG" rather than actually learning skills.

Whenever I open LinkedIn all I see is "What I did to get into FAANG" "My life in FAANG" "But this course to get into FAANG"

And the most fucked up scene is people are quitting there jobs at FAANG to create content to get into FAANG. I'm so sick of it now. Whom is to blame here?
