F&F settlement pending – need advice on Samadhan option

I resigned due to project issues. When I tried to rejoin immediately, I was asked to exit, and my last working day was finalized by the company without my written confirmation. Later, during Full & Final settlement, a wrong option was selected, due to which the settlement first came as negative. It was later corrected, but around ₹1 lakh is still pending. Relieving and experience letters are already issued; only payment is pending. I am now considering raising a Samadhan (Labour Department) grievance. Does raising Samadhan automatically lead to court? Is it safe to proceed for this amount? Looking for advice from anyone who has faced a similar situation.
