Hi guys just a query to those who were asked to voluntarily resign on bench by the HR.. How many months of salary as gross and basic salary are they offering? Also do they encash our earned leaves as part of F&F? Pls let me know

From what i have heard
3months gross 2months basic and yes they encash your earned leaves

Minimum 3 months salary. If your salary is less than 1 lakh then you might get an additional 1-2 months salary. Earned leaves will be encashed.

3 month full salary of notice period, 2 months full salary (extra for self resign), And Basic of earned leaves.
