F&F not getting settled, what to do?

Hello good folks of grapevine!

So, I resigned from my last job last year in November. As per the company policy I was promised that my F&F will be settled 45 days after my last working day which happens to be the first week of Jan'24.

For some reason the signed documents got delayed from my end by 10 days. It's been more than one and a half months now and my F&F is still not credited. I keep calling the HR and that bitch literally gives me the same shit over and over again that "the signature from the CFO is pending".

I'm really confused about what to do. Is posting on LinkedIn a good idea or will it affect my career? The amount is significant, hence I don't want to risk it.

In case there is a legal procedure to this, what are the next steps? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Nothing can be done. Got to follow up with the HR and talk to them like they are your best friend.i see advice about going to a lawyer or threatening.
Never threaten unless you plan on executing it.
