My reward statement got updated just now. I only got 5% hike and 5% variable pay. The worst rewards outcome ever. Being one of the top performer in project, I got this outcome🤬.
Accenture is hiring 30000 employees already .They are well prepared for mass resignation. If you are thinking the company will not move forward without you then you’re estimating wrong. Guys heads up, work hard on your skills and switch. The leadership have no soft corners for you and your thought process. ✅
Thats what, they have extra budget to pay more to new employees, but dont have money to pay full variable pay to existing employees which is part of CTC. What an irony.
They may hire new employees, but they will do same with them.

It's the worst of all reward outcomes, from past 3 years there were no base pay increase and this time also no increase. Even I got vp, Fuck off this 5% vp ,VP is our money yet they don't pay properly.
100%, VP is part of our CTC, my all colleuges got good VP. Even level 12 resources in my project got more VP Than me.🤬
They are hiring new people with better package and joining bonus.

By Raising grievance requests in the AST portal regarding unfair reward outcome can we fight? I mean eventually everyone is gonna do after such shit show but why not fight for our fair compensation??

Bro I legit have proof of client feedback, onshore feedback , GTIC contribution, Gen AI implementation .. list goes on and on... After all this if they treat like beggars to drop coins as hike we must fight
