A better screen, posture, and frequent breaks (5m/hour at least) would help you more than any eye drop/blue light goggles.

the drops of reality might help, accept the fact that health is way more important than work
I was going through a similar situation, I chose to reduce my screen time instead

None of the medicines worked for me for eye strain. What helped me were
- Uninterrupted 7hr sleep - most important one
- nutritious food with all macros & fiber
- Multivitamins, b12, d3 specifically
- External monitor, keyboard and mouse help in maintaining 1mt+ distance
- bluetooth earphones
- flux app to decrease blue light
- A 15min walk at least everyday night
