A better screen, posture, and frequent breaks (5m/hour at least) would help you more than any eye drop/blue light goggles.

the drops of reality might help, accept the fact that health is way more important than work

None of the medicines worked for me for eye strain. What helped me were

  1. Uninterrupted 7hr sleep - most important one
  2. nutritious food with all macros & fiber
  3. Multivitamins, b12, d3 specifically
  4. External monitor, keyboard and mouse help in maintaining 1mt+ distance
  5. bluetooth earphones
  6. flux app to decrease blue light
  7. A 15min walk at least everyday night
