EY vs Morgan Stanley

Hi, so I am a fresher in few days back. I got an offer from Morgan Stanley to be part of their 12 months apprenticeship program in depending on my performance and availability I might get further offer after 12 months. Along with this, I am preparing for a role of a risk consultant at EY, but my confusion is that the role in Morgan Stanley. I have a little idea about it as to what I have to do, and how to do it and through a friendship. I believe I will have the required training to be successful in that role as well and on the other hand, the role at EY the role in risk management is something new to me something I’m learning from scratch and even after joining, I have to keep on learning and understanding and one more thing that I have the offer for the Morgan Stanley apprenticeship role, but I am to schedule my interview at EY for the role so that can also go both ways.

As a fresher, I only have limited knowledge, so I wanted to get some advice as to what should I do because one side there is an apprenticeship role and on the other side, there is a possibility of proper job role.

Benefits wise, MS internship offer if turned to PPO has many many benefits, your starting salary will be 30lpa and many other benefits. You will be given advantage during promos as well. Although your tech stack will be dependent on what project you will receive during your internship.

But there are disadvantages to MS as well but still beats EY at most of the places.

30 lpa is if op is a software dev right? Given risk consultant in EY seems more like finance side

In most areas MS beats in Ey. If you're a tech guy close your eyes and join MS. Also, even if you have 1 year experience with MS - you will have lot of doors opened outside since you will be having <5 yes experience band. I will suggest to join MS as you are still starting and lot more opportunities will be available in MS. Take all the suggestions and decide accordingly. Decision is purely yours. All the Best mate :)
