EY vs delloite
Hii everyone, I have offer from both delloite and EY(client as Goldman Sach) . Which one should I choose

What about pay?
Both are equal.
Go for Deloitte - for a couple of years - as YoY hikes are best in the industry - and then switch to EY- they have great working experience in terms of clients and markets - speaking this for Audit 🙃 But yes Deloitte offers great hikes in all domains - looking at last 3 years.
The sane choice would be to go with the higher package. If it’s more or less the same, I would suggest Deloitte as it’s more structured and standardised in terms of work. Coming to WLB, you can’t find it in either of these two places so best to go with the one that’s big in terms of reputation and quality.
