It’s depend what are your choices, same thing one my colleague does he was Senior Analyst, he switched to Genpact as a Manager and after 18months. He is again back to Big4 as an Manager with good package. Totally depends on u.

Are they also supporting you with the relocation ? Relocation expenses / Travel etc. Also of the 40%, a considerable amount would go in for the security deposits and yes the additional travel time (most likely). The point is negotiate the offer - if you still have a chance
