Hi everyone

Can anybody tell me what compensation is good at my level with 4 years of experience. Currently at Accenture I have 4.5 lpa with 4 years of experience l. EY HR told they will give only 30% I am asking 100% since it is my first company What to do here ?

If they are ok for 90 days notice period then you can accept offer. For immediate joiner will get more calls. There u can demand more CTC

Personal opinion: No point in putting down paper for a mere 30% hike. Keep exploring.
