Trending @Accenture; EY Role Azure Data Engineer
I have a total of 4.2 years of experience currently my ctc is 9.2 lpa fixed and I got an offer of 10.5 lpa. So i resigned from Accenture, now 20 days remaining for joining and I have cleared all ey interviews and they asked me expected ctc. So I said 14 lpa, so the recruiter said anything between 10.5 to 14 lpa will be fine? So I said yes. After that i recognise I made a mistake as i have given a big bracket to them. Till now HR rounds haven't done. So based on my condition how much I need to ask EY,total 4.2 years of experience as Data Engineer.

16-18 lpa you should have asked. That's too low why you are even going for such small hike?

I have decided to resign here with the 1st offer and in the notice period I will ask more.but now recruiters are saying from 10.5 lpa you are asking for that much of ctc, as per market standards we can max offer 13-14 lpa and that will be correct ctc

14 lpa you ask as you don't have much choice meanwhile look for other offers as well

I can see for the Data Engineer role Accenture is paying more. So is it possible to apply from workday and ask for salary expectations?
