EY offer query
Hi viners, Actually, I had cleared the EY interviews. I have almost 4 years of experience (3.10) on my last working day.
The post is for senior gen ai developer, they are offering me 13 lpa fixed and 10% variable.
I tried negotiating but it's not use, is it good compensation for this position ?
This is my first switch so I need some help...

Okay, sorry I didn't mentioned in post. But my current CTC was 5 lpa at time of offer. But I had another offer of 12.5 fix and 10% variable. I had told ey hr about this and I had said I'll need 20% on this offer. But they gave 13lpa as fixed. Is it fair or I should have gone for more
Try to negotiate for 14-15 since gen ai is hot right now else take the offer and use it to get a better offer else join it and keep trying to get a better one. You can get 16-18 just bcs gen ai being hot right now
