Ey letter of Intent

I recently received a Letter of Intent and an Appointment Letter from EY, which they asked me to sign digitally. If I sign the Appointment Letter but decide not to join, will there be any consequences? Additionally, I’m currently in the middle of the interview process with EY GDS. If I accept the offer from EY, could it conflict with my EY GDS interview or potential offer?
