EY Joining issue

Hi,

I have recently received a confirmation from EY HR via call that I have been selected.Also I have filled Candidate Information Sheet. Now the current company I have been working I am tied to them under bond that I have to serve till December 9. If the EY provides me an Offer by September they'll expect me to join by November.

If the HR tries to communicate, Should I tell her about this contract issue. Will it create any issue in joining EY. And since I have not yet received any information even after filing the CIS. It's been more than 2 weeks.

What should I do for this.

Please help me
