EY interview update

I had a F2F interview with EY in the last week of Feb. It's been more than 2 weeks and the recruiter hasn't gotten back yet. They ignore all my emails and calls. The application status on the portal says that the decision is pending with the hiring manager. Is this the normal amount of wait time? How long does it take for EY to get back after an interview?
