EY INDIA REHIRE POLICY

I am leaving EY india this month, and want to join hear back after some time if there are still opportunities . I want to make sure that if there is any rehire status updation for exiting employees, who updates it ? And also when it is updated after leaving? I want to make sure that if there is any such portal I want to get my rehire as Yes set.
