That true. But I guess it applies to all big4 for that matter. It always boils to prev payslip and not necessarily what you bring to the table and what’s the demand for your skill in the market

Haven’t had an experience with EY, but I’d choose the company which has a good project portfolio in the domain that I’m interested in. For me, PwC is in a better standing than ey in my line of service so I’d choose PwC.
